We deserve it more obviously

Tbh I'm getting sick of people trying to downplay our achievements by saying we have had an easy run. I find it hard to think of a harder run. Fair enough we had an easy group, but our knockout games have been far from simple. Real Madrid always have been and always will be the pinnacle of European football and people calling them past it and mediocre is just ridiculous. With players like Raul, Ronaldo, Cassilas, Zidane, Robinho and Beckham in the team, they don't just get beaten by any old team regardless of age of form. And surely it takes something decent to keep them scoreless for 180 minutes.
Lets not forget that when we went to the Burnebeau, nobody gave us a chance. We were just coming off the back of one of our worst ever periods since the premiership began, we were something like 8th in the league, so many players out. A cricket score was expected, and personally I would have been happy to go back to highbury within 2 goals of Real. But we got the result, 1-0 at the Bernebeau. I don't care what anyone says, it was one of the greatest nights in Arsenal's history.
As for Juventus, they were the defending Serie A champions, and I believe are on the verge of retaining their title this season (that is if they have not already won it, i don't follow Serie A very closely). I think that surely says enough about the quality of them as an opposition. They were far from a weak team. And again, the likes of Zlatan and Nedved were kept scoreless.
Then it was onto Villareal, perhaps a more suprising semi finalist than us, but still we were heavily expected to not hold onto that 1-0 lead in the away leg, but again we kept the likes of Riquelme and Forlan (last season's top scorer in Europe) scoreless.
We have not exactly had it easy, especially considering the amount of injuries we have had. Mathieu Flamini, a rubbish midfielder has been a left back for most of the campaign for example. Barcalone have also had a tough draw, but I don't think its fair to completely downplay our achievements.
