So sorry, have been ill for the last few weeks, so haven't been on here.

But can someone tell me why I'm crying my eyes out with emotion???

I dont expect Andy to win, think they'll give it to Tim. But I'm just so thrilled that Andy is once again being talked about with his tennis not other things.

Anyway nice to be back, Happy Xmas to all if I'm AWOL before then

Alex Mcleish, Billy Graham, and Enzo Calzaghe!

Enzo Calzaghe takes coach of the year! Any of them deserved it.  clap

What, the Druggie's Haven of Sport? Cant even bear to watch it now, as, much like athletics I think it's lost all credibility.

Surely the 2 absolute certainties of the night were the British Rugby Team (already given) and Lewis Hamilton for Sportsperson of the Year?

Rolling Eyes Even if Lewis cacked up in China and Brazil, he's a shoo in.If it was Andy, you'd have pps queuing up to slate him.

Not thatI think he'd have a chance of winning, his time will come. yes

Oh hell, I'm blarting away again watching all the dead sportsmen and woman, many of whom I remember in their heyday.

Getting older sucks, but it's not sad tears, just proud ones.

'scuse sentimentality, I'm a bit hormonal!!!!

I'll edit.... British TRACK cycling. Not been any drugs recordings in there for a while. Mostly on the Road cycling circuit. Track Cycling in the UK is awesome right now.

Federer won overseas sports personality of the year! Definitely deserved. I'm happy at least that one of the major prizes went to tennis

Whats interesting is that he hasn't won it before, since both last year and 2004 he was more dominant then this year...
