Watched the opening ceremony this morning - absolutely spectacular! Amazing atmosphere, really well organised, incredible effects and fireworks.
Thought Delta Goodrem was really good too Smile

She sang a song her and Brian McF had written - 'Together we are one'. It was right at the end of the ceremony and there were fireworks going off everywhere. Was amazing! Her voice really is something else...
Its being repeated tonight and all day on digital if you 'press the red button' Wink

Shes living in australia for her gap year. Was living in adelaide during the Open and went to that too. Darn her!

My absolutely FANTASTIC P.E. teacher left in December to go and work at the Commonwealth games... so looks like it's going to be one hell of a time!! Very Happy

I fell asleep watching the opening ceremony... Was a bit too ... much for me too take in.
