Fantasy ODI Series
« on: January 10, 2007, 09:58 PM »
Thought I'd start a new topic for this as it would get noticed more than a new post in the Ashes thread.
Go here:
http://odidreamteam.sportal.com.au/?p=index
And login using the same login you had for the test series (or register if you didn't do the tests), and then the code for the league is: 458101
This time it's 3 countries to pick from and you can pick a maximum of 4 players from each.
Let me know if you havw trouble joining the league.

Thanks Alex - will sort tonight.
Don't know any New Zealand players though - sure I've heard the name Bond mentioned -
does James play for NZ?

That's Shane Bond, NZ's best bowler, and as the kiwis would have you believe, 'the best fast bowler in the world.' Nowhere near the class of any of the Aussies, but better than anyone we have. Their only real world class player though is Vettori. So Bond and Vettori are your best bets for part of your NZ quota IMO. No point picking any England bowler, our bowling attack is pretty ordinary to say the least. There's a James Franklin in the NZ team, might be who you are thinking of.

I would be if I could remember my ruddy password
They are taking ages to email me it
They've still not emailed me it but have managed to find a computer that 'remembered' it for me
Sorting just now and thanks for the info Alex

England won toss and elected to bat first
Currently 210/6 with 4 more overs left.
Scratch that, 213/7 - Dalrymple goes for 2
Heck, Pietersen taken off to hospital
to check out rib injury caused by McGrath's bowling.
Another wicket has gone, England 232/8
And I can't even watch this as my girls are watching some beauty and the geek thing on tv

Pietersen out!
Cracked rib - 3-5 weeks to recover
Bad, bad, bad news for England, who are currently struggling to keep Australia under control
