The Celtic fans want Strachan out. What a fickle bunch!

Did you see Celtic v Chelsea, last night??
In the interview afterwards, Mourinho was asked if that was his hardest game of the pre-season so far. He started to laugh, and continued to smirk throughout. That says a lot about his respect for Celtic. HaHaHa
Then when Strachan was interviewed, he just mumbled incoheretly. Mentioning how celtic have no money and have to play lots of friendlies and how he now realises it was a mistake as they are really tired.
What a joke outfit they are!!!

Yeah, just shows the quality of Scottish football nowadays!
Hibs failed in Intertoto Cup
Gretna are out of Uefa Cup
Hearts will be out of Champions League and wont go very far in Uefa Cup
Celtic will most likely get a hammering in the Champions League and finish bottom of their group
Rangers will probably be the only Scottish team in Europe after Christmas, once again.

If Hearts go out of the Champions League it will hand Celtic an extra £2,000,000 for their participation in the group stages.
I would have thought that Rangers fans would have preferred to see Hearts go through rather than give an additional windfall to their derby rivals.

I take it that Rangers are automatically through to the group stages.

I'm not sure, is there not a single knock out round before the group stages in the Uefa cup?

For the Uefa Cup.
The first round is played on the 14th and 18th September.
The group stages is between 19 October 2006 and 14 December2007
Did Rangers not make it through the group stages in the Champions League last year?

Celtic already have massive debts. They have made plenty of money over the last couple of seasons, but they are not willing to invest in players. They need to pay off interest on the debts first! They will make a few bob from being in the CL and if they sell Petrov for about 5million, so it dosent matter to much about earning more!
Anyway Hearts have been far too cocky for a team thats only finished 2nd once in 20 years! So they deserve to be out!
