Ah so gutted for Di Resta. So close to his first podium but his tyres just didn't have the laps. Should hold on for 4th though.

Raikkonen whines like a little ****.
Eh? What did I miss?

Just finished watching the recording of the race. Some good racing, but I really, really dislike this venue.
There is a whole lot of controversy there, and no real fan base.
There's more people turned up for my granny's birthday. The 'crowd' was so quiet I could almost audibly hear Vettel sing his national anthem on the podium.

Shame for Paul Di Resta, but still an impressive finish.

What's going on with Massa's tires??

Kimi still coming up with the goods.

He moans every single race if any one dares even try and race him. Was whinging at Perez or someone in qualifying because they were on a flying lap and didn't get out of his way.

Perez needs to learn to look in his mirrors now and again.

Jenson (and 'others') have also been complaining about his weaving.

Kimi has always shot straight from the mouth and the cockpit. He's earned his stripes.

I don't believe in that at all. You don't earn the right to moan, just as much as you don't earn the right to be arrogant. Show some bloody respect to the other drivers.

4 points separate Kimi from Vettel now.

Mercedes teased by showing their underwear before the race, but couldn't keep it going for the long haul. Heard Lewis say "I can't go any slower."

Fantastic to finally see and hear an enthusiastic crowd cheering above the roar of the engines.

These tyres are a joke. This sport is now a joke. Switched over before the halfway point on Sunday, just so boring.

Yaay.. my favourite race venue tomorrow, and can watch live too for a change.

Vettel in pole with Lewis in 2nd, and surprisingly a Williams in 3rd.

Weather crap, but always good support here regardless.

One of my favourite tracks this, love Montreal.

Sadly race days in F1 are as predictable as ever. Vettel will win, Hamilton will spend the entire race trying (and probably failing) to manage his tires and fend off Alonso and Raikkonen who will still be on/contend for the podium despite their poor qualifying.

Yes.......and talking of tyres, there's going to be some kind of enquiry into the testing Mercedes done for Pirelli!  Rolling Eyes Red Bull and Ferarri are still whinging about it! I think they should go back to the old tyres and allowing them to fuel up during the race. It's not nearly as exciting now........they're ruining F1!

Change Alonso and Raikkonen to Alonso and Webber and my prediction was pretty much spot on. Vettel off in the sunset somewhere, with 18 laps left Hamilton is now trying to fend off the quicker Ferrari and Red Bull.

F1 is really not fun to watch when the driver you're rooting for spends the whole race going backwards or trying to fend off (and ultimately failing, because with DNS and KERS it's now impossible to do so) faster cars. Mercedes race pace really is nowhere near that of the top three teams.

Yet again Hamilton being told to look after his tyres. YAWN.
