This is the most beautiful swing in golf, I could watch it all day long. Still amazes me that Couples only took home one major.

Thanks Daisy. It adds a new meaning to the "Wind Factor".
It is true that with golf, if someone is unlucky and gets lots of gusts of wind, then this can really ruin their round unless they can drive the ball low to the ground.
Wind is a real feature on the "Links" courses up here. I took some lessons, bought some clubs, paid a membership for 12 months, played 1 lot of 9 holes in driving rain and wind and never went back .....

Playing golf is hard enough as it is. You started in the worse condition possible with driving rain and wind. No wonder you never went back. That was unlucky. Maybe you can restart in more lenient condition (sunny, no wind)

I've thought about it a time or two - after all the efforts of the elderly golf pro who used to tell me "Aye lassie, rrrrrround the grrrrrrround" .....

This is one of the closest Majors in a long time going into the final few holes. 5 players within 1 shot.

What a strange ending to regulation play with a play-off still to come.
Bubba Watson and Martin Kaymer in the play-off.

Hadn't signed his card so I get a partial place payout. How you can let people stand in the bunker the leader is playing out of defies belief.

It would have been a lot worse if he had made his par on the last and thought he had won the tournament only to find out five minutes later he had encountered a 2 shot penalty for grounding his club in the sandy area/bunker. He didn't realise he was in a bunker.

I want to know who is letting 1000 spectators walk through and stand in a bunker to be honest.

It's a local rule that all patches of dirt/sand are bunkers so there's like over 900+ bunkers apparently. It's a stupidly silly rule but why's he not read the rule sheet or been alerted to the rule!
