man u haven't been playing that well recently and newcastle have played VERY well of late... could be a close one....

erm VERY well?

3 loses 1 win and 1 draw in the last 5 premiership games.......not the greatest record.......

Ok the win midweek although only 2-1 was very good. The goal was a mistake by the keeper, and there were no lapses in the defence barr that. Our midfield is playing well too. But, we need to play ALOT better to tak on MAN U!

Bloody hell!!! What a goal!  shocking
It was so high, he was in mid air when he hit it, and somehow found the top corner. There's goal of the season, and he won't score a better one the rest of his career let alone this season.
And in typical Arsenal fashion, after scoring that one, he missed an open goal side footer from a yard for his hatrick. Not a great performance by us, Charlton put us under a lot more pressure than expected and again we had a wondeful save from Lehmann to thank for holding on.

Alex always has more negative than positive points when it comes down to us Gooners.  Whistle

Haha. Not always, but just pointing out the obvious - that this wasn't a good performance and we were fortunate to hold on. I don't think I had many negative points after Old Trafford Very Happy

Unbelieveably Alan Shearer is in NZ at the moment. He is doing some sort of coaching session and being a guest speaker at some dinner. However, on Thursday he is doing a signing session at a sports store which is on my bus route to uni from 10.30-11am. I would usually be getting an 11am bus that day so this means I just need to get the 10am instead, get off there, and then get back on another bus there after 11. Can't miss this chance, it's Alan Shearer!!!!! Very Happy

Sounds great Alex. Smile

I'm surprised Rosicky hasn't been a regular starter, since he was one of the standout players in the Bundesliga.  Think
