Oh I think I remember wathing this. I think this was the first year I became a fan of Schumacher. That race was where he lost his chance to win the title right?

This was the penultimate race of the season and Villeneuve would have won the title if he had finished ahead of Schumacher. A bad move by Schumi but he is still a great driver and I don't think anyone will surpass seven or probably 8 World Championships. Smile

So if Schumacher didn't hit Damon then he would of won the title? Has Damon ever won an F1 title?

Yeah, Damon would have went on to win the race and therefore the title.  Crying or Very sad

Damon won the championship in 1996. Schumacher was in an inferior Ferrari and didn't stand a chance.  Little tongue man
