Have only discovered this a few days ago, but there is a thing such as touch tennis. It is played on a court about half the size of a lawn tennis court, they use smaller racquets and instead of normal tennis balls, they use lighter sponge balls. It's a tactical game as it has a fair few serve and volleyers winning tournaments frequently. Some professionals have been on the Touch Tennis tour such as our own Chris Eaton. There are about 12,000 players competing on both the men and women's tours and I believe the No 1 player on both the men and women's tours are British, so exciting stuff.

Here is an example of play. This is the final of one of the four Grand Slams they have exactly as lawn tennis has.
