I was just thinking about it, i think there's a good chance the FA will keep mclaran till after the summer, because only then will there be a really good choice of top managers from other national teams, like maybe hiddink etc.

Marek's a great plan! Maybe the LTA'll lend out Brad. He seems to be happy enough to settle for no-hopers!

O'neill.
Funny that 2 Gers fans would suggest him!

O'neill.
He should have got the job in the first place, not bloody McLaren.
Wenger said in a recent interview that he wasn't interested in the job at all... Mourinho would be good, but I don't think he'd do it...

Heh, but seriously, leave Venables as caretaker for the 2 or 3 poxy friendlies we might have before the Euro starts. Then once Russia are out, break the bank, no, demolish the bank to sign Hiddink. He is the top man when it comes to managing national sides. Should have gone for him instead of Scolari before he went to Russia.
Alas, we are obviously going to end up with some muppet like Martin Jol or Glenn Roeder.

I think the FA should reverse their decision and let Mclaren have a crack at the World Cup Qualifiers
