The Netherlands is a great draw for me.
Amsterdam is only two half hours by car / train, so ticket or no ticket I'm going for the party. I'm also quite tempted by the flights from Düsseldorf / Oslo for that one as well.
Just the right time to register with the SFA with two great away days in the next two years to look forward to.

Tempted to call you a glory hunter Marek, but then I realised you are supporting England.

Just watching Inside Sport and talking about David Beckham and his possible appearance on the team at this event. Do we think he can still play as well as he is now?

He must start. As I said in my dissertation in the Euro thread after the game. No matter how old he is or how fit he is, or how much he can run up and down the touch line anymore, he will always find you at least a goal or 2 every time. Just as he did against Croatia. He didn't see much of the ball. But he will always produce a moment from nothing when needed. And against Croatia it was no suprise that he delivered when we needed him most. Alas defensive frailties at the other end meant it wasn't to be enough.
Incidentally he is playing here on Saturday night againts NZ's only professional team, Wellington Pheonix. They managed to get the LA Galaxy to agree to come after a game against Sydney in mid-week. It's agreed that he must play at least 55 minutes in the game. It's Beckham-mania here.
Would have gone had it been in Auckland.

As long as his right foot still works he should play.

That puts in my head an image of Beckham on the pitch in a wheelchair... completely paralysed apart from his right foot, and still scoring the winning goal...

Yikes, don't like the first fixture being where it is.

I think we'll see another Georgia tomorrow, hmm.
We'll need to play well, a win would be a good result, Macedonia looked decent against England.
