That's the UEFA president Marcus, not the FA president.
I meant to say FIFA president actually...

Why did I say UEFA actually, that's strange?
I think Platini is president of UEFA these days.

Went for Paraguay -1, no chance it will materialise now - Japan are a ******* hard team to break down.

It's 0-0 or 1-0 to one of them for sure.

Oh well, that's my remaining accumulators down. Still, £100+ profit is alright by me :-)

I might just take my 200 quid and run with it - making money on the regular football season is FAR easier than making it on the WC.

Had Villa first scorer and 2-0 Spain, can't beleive Llorente missed that header through on goal, would have netted £100 if Spain had won 2-0.
How shite has Torres been? Think he, like Rooney, is playing whilst not being 100% fit.

I will be supporting Deutschland.
Nothing to do with any anti-English sentiment, more to do with were I live.
Slightly off topic the German paper Bild on Monday had the headline.
“Thank You Fußball Gott”
Which translates as “Thank You God of Football” with pictures of the 1966 final’s disputed goal and Sundays non-goal.
So it seems as if it not only English fans who remembered that particular final.
Good Luck for Germany on Saturday, however I think it is just a tournament too soon for them and their inexperience will be punished against World Class opposition.

Amazing atmosphere in Spain when they played Portugal. The win prompted fireworks, car horns going off all over the place!
Nice to experience it from another country's perspective. I hope they can go the whole way - really friendly, welcoming people. However, have to fancy Germany....

Hoping the Argies win today, want Higuain to get as many games as possible, obviously.
Fancy a score draw, and Argies to win in extra time.

1-0 Germany. I don't see them getting beat, tbh...
