Unseeded Tomas Berdych created one of the shocks of the season by beating sixth seed Ivan Ljubicic 6-3 6-4 3-6 4-6 6-4 to win the Paris Masters.
The 20-year-old Czech wasted three match points in the deciding set before hitting a backhand winner to seal victory after three hours of tennis

I seem to remember someone beating this Berdych in Basel....someone British....someone called Andy Murray!!!

i didn't watch it *goddam eurosport*  but was cheering Berdych on with live score!! \  / Im gald the guy won (can't stand Ljubicic..) and it's nice for someone new *cough* not Federer... to win a Masters! Well since he's done it i think Andy will be on his way soon! |

I love Berdych, he's a great player. A lot of funny mistakes happen here \ / Hulahoop who had her tongue stretched out and that the woof-incedent Love this forum!!!  |
