Yeah, he's banned again and by IP this time.

I thought the fact he registered a new account and promised to behave could mean he was going to sort himself out much like someone else on this forum who has stopped causing trouble. But after seeing his comment on the Olympic thread, which he later deleted, I realise that isn't the case.

As you quite rightly point out, a ban should mean a ban.

Good for you Mark and yes, I think it's fair to say that a certain member of MW 'has' pleasantly surprised us all! He's probably the exception to the rule though!  Very Happy
