His speech is at the end of this clip. Very moving.
I watched the whole video and was in tears at the end.   Rosol must have immense mental strength to have been able to keep his focus during that tournament.  Losing a parent no matter how old you are is a very hard thing to cope with.  From the ATP website -

After match point, what were your first thoughts after knowing you just won your first ATP World Tour title?
Before the second set started, I was thinking about something else, my dad. I tried to just concentrate and finish the match in two sets. Before the last game, there were already emotions. I was shaking a lot before the match point, not because I was nervous, but because I was thinking about everything.

...................................

Last year, you beat Rafael Nadal at Wimbledon for the biggest win of your career. What did that win do for you since then?
More people recognise me, but it didn’t change me. Other players saw I can play good tennis, so they are more careful with me. People have asked for pictures and autographs. I cannot live on this result. I need to win more matches like this and have successes at other tournaments.

With that positive attitude I hope he can go on to win more titles.

Indeed. Good to see him really starting to fill his potential. Was one of many players that floated between about 60 and 150 last year, and even after that win over Nadal still seemed to struggle horribly with consistency. Has huge groundstokes and serve, finally seems to be hitting them consistently.

On a 9 game winning run now after DC and Bucharest. Currently playing Ostrava CH, which he took a WC into before Bucharest. Top seed and into QFs there.

I'm surprised Marti got a WC over Carreno-Busta. Marti's had quite an indifferent season so far after a career-high 2012.

Copil's a strange one, I wonder what the story is there.

Carreno-Busta (WR 228) beats David Goffin (61) 1-6 6-2 6-2 in I think his 7th ever ATP main tour match. Amazing

Through to his first ATP QF. The guy is flawless, seriously. Hope he cracks the Top 100 and goes deep in RG.

Not really a surprise. Goffin is a mug too busy fornicating over posters of SmugFed.

Goffin has been terrible this year. Utter waste of talent.

Carreno-Busta will crack the Top 200 after this week now, he could go further up if he beats Fognini.

Definitely looking likely to crack the the top 100 this year. I became a fan of his right before he got injured and dropped down the rankings, so it's great to see him not just fit again but better than ever.

RG will be interesting. He is in the Qualifying draw, but will he get a WC for the main draw? Depends how he performs between now and then I guess. I expect he'll have to go through qualifying.
