I'd rather Raonic won this match.

It is three tie-breaks then. Can't wait to see this exciting encounter. Was  already fed up with Raonic vs. Gasquet this morning. Whenever baby face (sorry) faced BP, he bombarded his opponent with aces or service winners. Ugly tennis! And if Simon had still had challenges, he would at least have reached the TB of the third set as Berdych's long line ball was proved to be out.

Was thinking the same about tie breaks! I was half listening, not watching, the Raonic/Lopez match yesterday. Milos got 86% 1st serves in, and half of them were aces. The comms were in awe

I see Sousa won again today, beating Jurgen Melzer [4].

Melzer not too happy about his performance apparently: I would like to appologize to all my fans for this performance and attitude on the court today!i deserve every shitstorm thats coming...I have know idea what happened today out there and i am disgusted by myself!sorry again!

In the final Sousa plays Benneteau [5], who beat Stan 6-4 6-3
Good for Melzer.  I appreciate it when players apologise to their fans like that.

Sousa is a good talent, he could beat Benneteau, who we know is a total flop artist in finals, yet to pick up an ATP title.
This might be his time, who knows?  He certainly doesn't have much left in tennis years.

The final is at 9 am for us in UK, and was supposed to feature our Andy!

53 aces for Milos this week, 49 for Tomas.
Should be an entertaining match.  I'd get up and watch if Andy was playing, but I don't make exceptions for other players. #nightowl

Fortunately I still have two days remaining before my tennisTV sub runs out, so if it's been worth watching I can get a video replay.  The same goes for the Sousa match.

The trouble with that kind of comment is that it gives no credit to the opponent. I didn't see any of the match today, but was impressed with Sousa yesterday v Ferrer.

Fair point, Elena, so hopefully he has given credit to Sousa in a full interview.

I'm happy Milos won Bangkok, I have began to appreciate him a lot more since Montreal. He seems to have expanded his game a lot more now beyond just his serve.
