ATP/WTA Tour - The Other Players

Quote

How can you support 3 of the biggest pushers on tour? It's mentally impossible.
Do you have to be so insulting towards me?

I'm not insulting you, I'm insulting them.

But you appeared to be questioning my mentality by supporting them. Smile

I find it a real shame that Tomic can only play well in Australia or at Wimbledon.
Is his dad banned from the AO does anyone know?

I believe so Fiverings.

I believe so Fiverings.
Wonder if that'll help or hinder? Help most probably not having him ringside.

He is meant to be banned from the whole tour but got into Brisbane (think it was there not sydney) by buying a ticket at the gate.

I suppose the security people can't keep an eye on everyone.

I know and with big crowds passing through the gates it would be easy enough to get through I'd think. the only way to stop it would be putting photos up around the place which I doubt they'd do out of respect to Bernard

John Tomic is there in Sydney but only watching. Some events will allow John to be there and watch, some won't.

You're very trusting, Aileen. If they know what he looks like, they can do it if they so wish. And if he does get through, he would soon be spotted hes so well known unless he goes in disguise or something but that really would defeat the object I guess.  Any way, what do I care!

Thanks Proddy.  I didn't know that.

Interesting interview, which made me think he'd do well at AO....b4 I saw draw!

Pleased to see Delpo win the title in Sydney today. Smile He looked in great form, though Tomic didn't play too well himself. I'd love Delpo to do well at the AO (though not at Andy's expense) - hope he can have a good run this time.

Thanks for this bbh - it is an interesting article. Shame about the draw, Tomic's definitely drawn the short straw this time!
