Yes, speculations about matches aren't far fetched. Illnesses are unless the person himself says so.

So speculating that someone has tanked a match is acceptable? Mmmm.

Players do tank certain matches. There are even fixed matches. Draws are rigged too but mostly on the high level. One would be fool not to realize that. Can't be so naive, really.

Saying JJ has a certain illness is speculating a bit far. Because it's an illness so it requires a bit more thought but more importantly, confirmation.

I see Verdasco has taken the 1st set. Good for him. Hopefully he'll be able to mentally keep it together until the match is won.

Well honestly. Don't get me wrong, I'd stand up for any one of you if I thought your opinion was right, I do that sort of thing. I'm big on loyalty. What I don't like is double standards. Besides, it seems obvious to me that Andy didn't tank in any sense. Equally, it seems obvious to me that JJ has something other than a big personality going on. The more I see of him the more I think it. That's all I'm saying.

Tj, did you ever realize that I never once said today that Andy tanked the match? I said he wasn't very serious about it. I didn't think he would be. I never once used the word, 'tank' today so that's you drawing the conclusion. Anyway, for whatever reason, I thought Andy would be more serious about RG and that left Rome a bit on the lighter side.  I guess in time we'll see if he plays RG or not. It's still a very early call.

Nobody said JJ has anything. Some of us were merely discussing a possibility based on his behaviour.

I tell you what, I'm already worried about Andy and I'm hungry (does anyone else get hungry when they get anxious?) I'm off to cook my evening meal and see what else has happened in Rome, not that I feel that bothered now.

Well EJ you do drop yourself in it (Sh-t) I mean. What gives you the right to say Andy tanked it today. He has a back injury, if you think that why do you supposedly support him.
