A very well-deserved first title for Grigor. To come back from a 2-6 first set against an opponent he's struggled with in the past and saving break points in the final set was really impressive.

What I really like about his game is that he can hit flashy winners, but he backs that up with excellent defence too - he kept getting extra balls back into play. If he can keep on working hard, I see no reason why he won't make the top 10 - the talent is definitely there. Roger Rasheed is probably the perfect coach for him right now, as he always seems to focus quite a lot on the mental side of the game.

For Ferrer, I think on the whole it's been a positive week. Tough loss today, especially as he was so close, but his level in the last two matches has been miles above what he showed in Asia. Looks like he's regaining form again.

For someone who only got into tennis because of Andy, you've certainly got to know your stuff. Very impressive.
