Red cross in white box? Yeah, I can see why. You're not still using that old wind-up computer are you ... think the MW members might have to have a whip round so that we can get you a computer that shows pictures, is in colour .... all that good stuff!

Think I'll be putting some cash on the Ferrer win. That way:
A) I'll no doubt 'jinx' it so that Ferrer loses, therefore losing my cash (happy to pay for a Murray win). B) If Ferrer DOES win, the prize money will soften the blow.
I am now becalmed.
I've done the exact same Josephine.

Tell me about it, I might not have a job at this rate in 18 months time when my contract ends... I was actually wondering about you and how safe your job is. Even worse, you're a contract employee .... (put your medical hat on and talk to me in the medical thread ...)

When was the last GS final contested by 2 players who were not Federer or Nadal? Must have been Djokovic-Tsonga 3 years ago when Djokovic won here right? Pretty sure Federer and Nadal have won every GS since aside from Del Potro beating Federer at the US Open. Anyway can't see either Murray or Ferrer beating Djokovic in this form. Think either will get battered personally. But let's hope Murray can get over Ferrer then finally grab that 1st Grand Slam! To go all the way through a Grand Slam without having to play Federer or Nadal, you have to think he won't get a better chance than this to win one. We're yet to have a close match in the second week, what a letdown. Hope the close match isn't tomorrow! Delgopolov-Soderling was a ******* good 5 set match on Monday. Watched the whole thing as had the day off work.

I know I'm paranoid. But am I paranoid enough?

Since he despatched Todd Martin and sorted out his racquet problems... That being a euphemism for organising a Wilson racket in a Head livery.

How common is it for a player to win a slam without dropping a set?

Rare. Nadal surely must have done it at RG. Fed did it in 2007 at the AO, where he played probably his best ever tennis.
