Maybe a bit early to start thinking about the tournament but tickets go on sale this week. Anyone else going? I've got flights and accommodation booked and package tickets go on sale on Wednesday - as in rounds while single sessions go on sale next week. Have decided on the Rod Laver quarter final day session package (ie, both days of it) and probably go for the night sessions too. When individual days go on sale next week I'll probably go for the day before the quarters on Rod Laver and potentially the day before that too. Last went in 2006 to the first round so would like to go to something a bit later in the tournament this time for hopefully some better matches.

Will be there from 17-28 January all up. Probably head along to watch the finals on the big screen outside Rod Laver. First overseas holiday with the girlfriend (who hasn't left NZ since she was 11) and Melbourne chosen for the added bonus of the tennis aswell!

Anyone else planning to go?

If I can travel in time and win the lottery, sure.
