It's more stable, my one handed backhand used to blow hot and cold, as you would know. Wink

What are you doing at the net, one or two handed? Think

The score line is not determined by what happens on the court but what happens when you get home afterwards, we all know that Neil. Wink

Well generally if you sprain your wrist you DON'T play, otherwise it's just going to get worse lol

I stopped for nearly 2 weeks and it seemed to almost go away but I can't bring myself to stop for a month Frown

I'm with BUPA so I might just get my doctor to get me a scan, MRI would be nice, so that I can be told exactly what it is before I take time out, don't want to take a month out and then go back discovering it was a minor fracture.

Well have you fallen on it, hit it on anything etc? Or was it caused by tennis playing?

I don't remember doing it, my guess is it was caused by carelessly doing some overly powerful serves. I suppose it might not be a sprain, it could be tendinitis.

I've now bought a Babolat wrist support, looks like it will help.

Annoyed that I'm sun burnt all over (forgot the cream) today. Played a match this morning from around 9:15am-11:50am with a completely clear sky in temperatures probably above 30c. I changed my game to try and manage the heat - tried to shorten all the points by adding a lots of variety instead of the usual baseliner game, was an interesting challenge, just wish I remembered the sun cream.
