I have booked hotel and will also be buying tickets for April. I dont believe Andy will play its too close to the start of the Clay court season. I dont think we will see him until September (if we play then) Definately think Dan should be rewarded with another go. He was great in both games showed the spirit and guts needed in Davis Cup.
I was astounded by his play some of it was immense, very controlled aggression and even when he missed the lines, he kept going for his shots, brave play for which he was rewarded.   I think I may have been in the same hotel as you were, wondered if may have bumped into each other whilst there?  What did you think of Ward and his play?

I'm very excited by Dan Evans play in this event.  I'm so hoping he'll be another Brit to cheer on in the future.  He certainly looks the part!

^It really was a great event, Tessie, even without Andy.  And... I could look at Ross Hutchins forever and never get bored!  Wink

you and my daughter!- have been looking through my flip video camera she commandeered over weekend today, mostly Ross on there! Must say though I was impressed with the support he gave Dan Evans- he was on his feet at almost every point. I hope Evans gets another go in April, he really deserves it.
