Double or one

Hi
I was wondering what's your favourit backhand. A double or onehanded? Mine is absolutely a doublehanded. Especially with the men.
What do you think??

:? Difficult. Noone used a double handed backhand in my day. I think there are pros and cons with power against movement.
There's nothing so graceful as a one handed backhand such as Justine HH possesses.
So I'll stick with that.

Hmm, I play with a one handed backhand because I feel I get more flexibility and better time to prepare but I think you need to have fairly strong arms to use it well.

Well, I like Gasquet his backhand and that's a onehanded, but I can't stand Henin. :-) I'm just a huge fan of a doublehanded.

me.. definilty a fan of the backhands..
i started of playing one handed but as the power of my shots grew and as the opponents got harder and more experienced it's just much easier (personally..) to hit doublehanded! first of all you can produce a very fast and powerful stroke down the line, and i think there sort of more chance that it will reach the place you need it to reach...
my one handed back hands are very dodgey.. hopless at the spin bit!

I started off playing double-handed, and it was ok. But then i broke my left arm 3 years ago when i was 11, and i didnt want to stop playing for long(cos ilove it too much and i got bored), so i learned to play a single handed backhand, and it worked better. Now i can't play a double-handed one it just feels wrong.

I.m no good at tennis but I do find a two handed backhand easier. Its good if I can just get the ball in.
