Was lovely to see Rafa win and to be so emotional about it. The haters can keep on hating but I choose to love him wub

Since you don't like him, you feel that way. Not just you, but almost everyone here. I mean no offence to anyone, but it was slightly disgusting to read the comments here whenever we talk about Rafa.

Here we go again.

No. No argument here. Just posted what I felt. That's all.

I'd like to be impartial, but I can't!

Quite right too Deb. The nutters get everywhere these days. I hope they're taking note at Queens and Wimbledon!

Yes Aileen, but maybe he was just hurrying through the match, so he could get his teeth into that trophy! I left the room before matchpoint.......just couldn't bear it!
That's an interesting thought Caz. Very Happy  I think Nadal's haste was probably due to his concern that the weather might break and seriously interrupt the match.  Look how quickly he bounced onto the court when the rain became a bit heavier and the players had to come off birefly, while Ferrer wanted to stay off a bit longer.  And there was no time-wasting between points either.  What a shame he doesn't hurry more often!

I used to like him until I saw using 'gamesmanship' if he was losing! That, for me is cheating and I can't stand cheats.

I agree. How he thinks he is an exception from the time violation rule is beyond me.

I suppose Rafas favorite for the Wimbledon title now. I hope that Andy can give him a good beating if they have to play each other.

Yes......and that's not the only tactic he uses. That's what I love about Andy.......he's soooo honourable and even though I dislike Fed, I repect him for being honourable too!

Rafa is the last person I want Andy to be facing at Wimbledon. Put him in Djokovic's half again please!

I want them to face off, the bagel in Tokyo was delightful, Andy needs more of them.
