Hmmm... too in your face for me.  The great thing about MW is that it's not an ego trip for Mark.  He sits behind the scenes and sets out a fantastic forum for everyone to enjoy.

Given me people to speak to.

Finally given me an opportunity to do something for British tennis.

Increased my typing speed by quite a few times. wink In February I was a one hand typer. lol
Now I can go on jabbing at keys without looking at the keyboard.

And so many other things. Very Happy

As such I love calling calling people by their surnames(unless they object that is). And on top of that, Mark has a really nice surname, love it. Smile A good story to it too. Cant resist using it whenever there is an opportunity. wink

In that case I'll stop using it often, but surely wont be able to resist it all the time. wink

No objection to anyone using Mr Panda, but dont see any reason for why I should be called so.
