I know I'm paranoid. But am I paranoid enough?

He is highly unlikely to retire after Wimbledon, because that's the time when his ranking is likely to rise and he can resurrect his career. From Wimbledon onwards, he has virtually no points to defend in the second half of the year.

People have made some good points. Henman does not want to be playin qualifers they are dangerous due to match practise or gettin wild cards. He is in a terrible situation can't help but feel sorry for him. Also people know his game very well he needs to add more variety to it and his serve needs to dramatically improve. His game has become one dimensionial like hewitts has. The young guns are getting Henman by the balls. He needs a quick turnaround and with his draw this wk he is likely to go out first round with his ranking takin a big plunge. I for one would love to see Henman bk at SW19  but u have to be realistic.

i don't think he wil retire before Wimbledon or straight after it - he might take note towards the end of the year of where his ranking at and see where is health is at and work out if his body can handle playing tennis at that level much longer! But that i feel is something he will consider towards the end of the year. I think Tim is great and hasn't got the recognition he deserves for doing well. Just because he has never won a Grand Slam the whole country doesn't think he is a great player but hanging around in the top 10 for almost a decade he must have been doing something right!

Personally I think he will have another year on tour after this one then he will retire because his form has gone completely, yeah he's improved alittle bit but no way is he as good as he was say 2 years ago. Rusedski will retire before henman I think.
