What are our thoughts on this one. Very hard to call.

Fernando is not the same man that bt Lleyton in 07 and made the final but then again Lleyton is coimng back from injury I really don't know how to call this.

Definitely a tough one.  I'll probably pick Hewitt in my picking games, hoping the home crowd can pull him through.  Hopefully he can play like he did last year against Baghdatis when he won in 5 at about 4 in the morning.

Also I quite like Hewitt so it would be good to see him do well.

Hewitt is an absolute numpty, never liked him so Gonzo all the way for me. He's always great to watch when he finds the line. Smile

Gonzo in 4

Gonzo in three for me. Hewitt will crumple under the pressure in his own country.

Don't think Hewitt will crumble, he's quite ballsy.

I remember these two played in 2007 at the AO, Gonzo was absolutely phenomenal and still needed 4 sets.

Both pretty off-form, I'll plump for Hewitt in 4.

Yes, but I just don't like him so I would like him to lose.

For me it depends when they play. Day match and it's 50-50. Night match and it's Hewitt all the way.

Like Josh, I have plumped for Hewitt in the various games I'm playing on here and MTF. I think he can win quite convincingly. My match of the 1st round though.

Thought for all money it would be the prime time night match. I guess they learnt their lesson from having a Hewitt match late at night last year! lol
Especially one that looks so likely to go the distance.
