Say you are hitting a truck full of errors, and you can't seem to lift your game anyway you try. How frustrated do you get?

When I'm playing poor I get pretty frustrated, which can lead to explosive showings of emotions, such as screaming and swearing. I find it exceedingly difficult at times to raise my game up again because as soon as I start hitting errors, I know thats it for me.
