Good news for me. There is going to be a new ATP event in India. It will be held in Bombay and will replace Ho Chi Minh on the calendar. Although Bombay is quite far from my home at least I will be able to enjoy a bit more tennis on TV. I dpnt think Andy will be coming as it is in the same week as Bangkok. Tim is not likely either but I am hoping against hope that Greg or A Bog decides to play here.

Thanks. He likes India, I am pretty sure. He played challengers here when he was younger.

Dont worry, we Brits are making a lot of progress. Ten years ago we were nothing. We never had a player in the top 10 and things were looking worse. But then we got two world class players in the form of Greg and Tim and now we have got Andy. From nothing a few years ago we had three players in the top 50 for a few weeks! We need to work a lot but it is looking quite better now. And in any case when the future is Andy, the future is definately shining!

Calcutta to Bombay is much longer than say London to Aberdeen. I dont think I will be allowed this year but I will surely try for next year.

Righto.
We have a WTA event in our city by the way. Last time Myskina, Mirza and  Likhovtseva  played here. May try to see that one.
