Nice 'hot-dog' lob from Nadal that the commentators raved about. However, I would have thought that, if you're going to hit the ball between your legs, that the lob would  be easier than the passing shot. After all, it's hard to get the power you need for a regular groundie/passing shot.

I thought the same thing Nigel Smile

Poor Nadal - I did feel sorry for him; but then, I'd have felt sorry for the Joker too, had he lost.

Well Done to Novak! clap clap Awesome tennis from him yesterday, thrilling match, thoroughly enjoyable. Glad he won as I was rooting for him at the start of the match, as we can't have Rafa winning all the time, it gets a bit boring then. Anyway Novak was by far the better player yesterday and so deserved to win. I'm really happy for him.

Djokovic played very well and deserved his win. Rafa was clearly uncomfortable playing at altitude.
It will be good to see how he playes  at sea level in Rome.
