Interesting little scenario.  I knew there was a bit of a fuss about the DC captaincy but I've no idea what the alleged wrongdoings of the FFT's president were.  Maybe Ysern knew more about it than was good for him, unless of course Gachassin has got his facts right, although one of the commenters is suggesting that Ysern was being used as a scapegoat.
