I've missed so much tennis due to lack of electricity .... just powered up and see headlines that Nadal is through to meet Roddick - need to check and see if he put that cutie (Ferrer) away in two - also FedEx out ........... Nadal must be fancying his chances - Roddick too !!

Roddick got the the last Masters final and look who he lost to. Nothing should be taken for granted these days.
Glad you now have power.

Can't believe Berdych through - he was a set and a break down when I left watching Like I said, nothing should be taken for granted.

Can't believe Berdych through - he was a set and a break down when I left watching Like I said, nothing should be taken for granted. It was 5-4 to Verdasco in the second with the first set under his belt, and he just visibly mentally wilted and Berdych pounced. Berdych played much better in the deciding set .... always interesting ....

Hey Jan ..... nice to see you again. Yes, Roddick is such a tiger and he just turned it on at the end of the second. But, like you say, Nadal seems much closer to his past great form than he has been for almost a year now. Fingers crossed for the clay court season. Roddick does not have too many years left, so it is nice to see him surge towards the end of his career - thanks, I think, to that great coach Larry Stefanki!

And Rafa's trophy drought continues. Fair play to A-Rod.
