Miami - Other Players
« on: March 27, 2009, 11:06 AM »
Does anyone else think that Nadal is looking a bit haggard recently, the photo on the ATP website of him getting his trophy at IW and the one on the Miami website of him arriving at the party make him look a lot older and wrinkly, the one at the party makes him look ill I think, looks like he's lost weight, of course it might just be bad photos, there's certainly been a few corkers of Andy. I see Nadal is also playing doubles again with Marc Lopez, he's gonna burn out if he's not careful.

A burnt out Nadal is capable of winning a Slam, probably

Probably but he'll not make the year end again if he keeps playing as many matches as he is.

I thought that at the end of last year, but he's still going strong
Unbelievable stamina!
He must be amazing in the bedroom

Some of these athletes don't have the kind of energy or motivation for bedroom antics howver beautiful or strong their bodies are. Nadal has a very beautiful girlfriend and their families have been friends for years I believe - maybe he doesn't believe in sex before marriage - its doubtful but hows about that for a thought.:blink

I'm amazed that sports people have time and energy for any kind of social life when they spend all those hours training, eating, having physio, doing press, travelling and playing... It's no wonder Justine Henin decided to give it up!
I'd like to think you are right about Rafa, Jan - but then I'm old fashioned that way...

Grief - Fed just went two BPs down to Kevin Kim in his first service game!
Back to deuce now though...

6-1 6-3 as well, he's the biggest waste of talent ever, Safin doesn't come close.

I swear to God, Del Pony looks about 40. He's got such a 'lived in' face.

What a comeback from Monfils against Safin. Safin was serving at 5-2 in the 3rd and Monfils came back to win 7-3 in the tie-break.

Lopez/Verdasco. Gone to a deciding set. I would like Lopez to win.
