Fiverings, given the homophobia rampant in sport, I believe sexual orientation is nobody's business but their own and should remain so.
I don't see why, either, it has any relevance whatsoever to how someone plays tennis.
Is homophobia rampant in sport? If it is, all the more reason to confront it. After all gay people are being respected in society in general, certainly in Europe. Or perhaps you're thinking about sponsors, but money always follows talent. And homosexuality in elite tennis is nothing new, for either gender.
