What about the British skier who lost a gold medal because he used a vics nasal inhaler bought in USA. He had a bad cold and had taken it to help his breathing. I think his name was Ghraham Bell but I am not sure he had used it in Uk but the American one had something in it which was not allowed. So he lost his medal.

Thanks for that LB - that was the sportsman I was referring to in my post @1:09 am.  I knew the story but couldn't remember the sport!

EDIT - Actually it was Alain Baxter, whose bronze medal was taken away from him, even although the BOC stood by him and even funded the costs of his appeal, which he lost.  Graham Bell, who is regarded as the greatest British skier ever, did though go on record as saying he thought the decision was disgraceful and that Baxter hadn't knowingly done anything wrong.

Aye - and meanwhile hundreds of other genuine cheats were getting away with it.  Fortunately  his sponsors at the time also believed his innocence and so, once the ban was lifted, he was able to continue with his ski-ing career for a few more years and now runs a ski-sports business.

In Ailain Baxters case it was genuine. When he used the inhaler he did not know it had a banned substance in it. Cheats who know what they are taking deserve to be banned.

Here's Rafa moaning about the scheduling again! There's also a video of Jimmy Connors talking about Andy

Hmm. Andy didn't seem to be at the front of his mind when he was talking about players that impressed him at the start.

I think Nadal is getting anxious about the way he's playing. Poor diddums.

I can partly see why he's put out about the scheduling, but it rained. What does he expect them to do? As for doing the 'it's not fair' thing, it's pathetic. What is he, 5?
