but how much would it cost to show the some British challenger or futures??? not much
Edit: Also because the big firms like sky cannot bid for it it means wmibledon is a lot cheaper than it would be

After the Rome final I think we can be assured of a possible amazing RG final Very Happy

I think Fed will win it this year, probably v Nadal. Had it not been for his serve tiring in the final set in Rome, he would of won - because his serve was pretty much unstoppable the rest of the match.

I hope Gasquet does well too! But I doubt it somehow Frown

i really want fed to win the french because then he will be unstoppable at wimbly and the usopen...

Why would you want him to be unstoppable at Wimby and the US Open? I mean, I know he's good and all, but surely you don't want him to win and RG, and Wimby and the US Open? How boring would that be???

My Head Says Nadal, coz guys got Fedderer's number on clay (getting closer tho)
However heart says Nalbandian or Coria(I like this guy's attitude)

i want him to win every tournament this year because to see someone win the grand slam would be sooooo cool.

The TV issue is funny. Did you know that The US Open is the only Slam that the BBC don't have the rights to. Yet because RG is so close to Wimbledon and Queens the BBC don't give it the coverage it deserves. I mean Cause the Aussie open is through the night it gets shown live with highlights for breakfast and we all know how well they do Wimbledon. But I think if they aren't gonna give RG the same sort of coverage they should give up the rights to a channel that can. They do have BBC 2 though. Why can't they show Centre court on there all day? It's not as if many of the programmes there can't be dumped or shoved to interactive. Seriously, Ready Steady cook, question time and re-runs of Weakest link? Who's really gonna miss that lot for a fortnight?

Interesting how so many people say Federer.  Think I doubt it to be honest.
