Nadal is really emotional and crying. What a phenomenal achievement - 5 FOs. Congratulations
Nadal got a handshake and a kiss on the cheek from the Queen of Spain. I wonder if our Queen will do something similar if Andy wins at Wimbledon.

Well done to RN for a peerless run, no sets dropped!

James Blake hasn't been a top player since 2007.
True fact.
And wasn't he voted most attractive sports person once?

Disappointing performance from Soderling. Still, at least another active player has a GS final performance record as poor as Murrays. 2 finals, 2 defeats, 0 won sets

Haha I love people saying "Yeah if Andy does this he can be as good as Nadal" They are woooooooooorlds apart! Love the ceremonies, so emotional!

Courage isn't absence of fear but mastery of it.

Thought Rafa was NEVER going to play that final serve he was shaking so much. Oh God ... the national anthem bit made me feel really emotional. Do feel a tad sorry for Soderling though, and what a gracious speech - Fed could learn a lesson here. Nadal, bless him, making a little speech in French.

On clay yes, Andy doesn't hold a candle. Don't think there is too much between them on a hardcourt, as for a grass court, haven't played on one since 2008, hopefully might see that next week.
