Thought of starting a thread for the Juniors.
You people had a transformed thread for the Australian Open Juniors. Smile  hug

It just struck me that this is my first ever Grand Slam tourney on MW.  shocking Feels like I have been here for ages.


Anyway,

Naomi Cavaday is seeded seventh in the girls qualies. Absolutely no idea how she is on clay, but she is one of our best prospects along with Deborah Armstrong, Georgie Stoop and of course Jade Curtis.

Draw.

No boys in qualies.

I believed that Jade was ranked lower than Cavaday, no idea why she is not there. no

And Graeme Dyce will most probably be there in the Boys main draw, cant say anything again'. dontknow

jade plays on the tour... she still goes to these things. and sam isnt too old to enter either. i think he should get a wimbly WC.

he's in the 500s. he did well in Miami(?) plus the brits give one WC to an american every year anyway so why not him? donald young isnt gonna do anything...

If they give a WC to Donald Young in Wimbly this year, I'll skip it. wink

A WC to Querrey in the qualies maybe, but definately not in the mains.

but i think he could do some damage in the mains! by then he might even be ranked high enough to get into qualies by himself...

Qualies list will be out very soon and he wont make it. Smile

I am more than sure that he is capable of making an impact. My God! he is a beast! Surprised 6 feet 6 and 200 pounds at 18 years of age. shocking

But why should we bother about him??? I am pretty interested in his career and have been following him for a few months now along with Cilic. Giving him a WC is not good though, the favour will not be returned. no

Well, the LTA has been giving Scud WCs from a time before I had heard of Henman or Federer. wink
