Yes it is three. Smile

Good to see A Bog win, although I could not be here sadly.

Edit:

I thought of adding a preview sort of thing. wink

Alex's opponent in the second round, 32 year old Marcelo Charpentier of Argentina has a current world ranking of 754, but has a protection at 226, hence being eligible to play here. He missed a full two years of tennis due to injuries!

He was once ranked as high as 114(in 1997) and going by the norm for Argentinians, is a clay specialist. His comeback has not gone particularly well, with only four wins in as many clay Challengers.

Clay is obviously Alex's least favourite surface, but his confidence is sky high at the moment and he gave a fine performance today. So Charpentier should not pose as too much of a problem for him.

Women's qualies draw is out.

Keothavong and Baltacha play here. I had absolutely no idea that women's qualies have a field of 96. confused

And Amy, we forgot to take a fact into account - the entry list was annnounced before Katie was ranked so high. Very Happy

Draw: http://www.rolandgarros.com/en_FR/scores/draws/us/usdraw.pdf

Both Anne and Baltacha play tomorrow - 4th on Court 8 and 5th on Court 10 respectively.

A Bog plays tomorrow too - 5th on Court 6.

I will have to go out tomorrow. ranting Wont be back till around 1300 GMT.

Hopefully there will be a few three setters, so that I can catch A Bog's match on the official site.
