I have one thing to say about this... LOL! Former British number one Greg Rusedski is planning a comeback at the age of 35 after almost two years in retirement.
Rusedski is believed to be asking for wildcards into several ATP tournaments next month to get back into contention.
But he will not be considered for Britain's Davis Cup team for their next match against Ukraine in March http://news.bbc.co.uk/sport1/hi/tennis/7847927.stm#

Well IMO this is good news. I reckon rusedski would still hammer anyone else. Should be straight in the davis cup squad.

Hopefully he can quickly prove that he's still got it so Lloyd will change his mind

On this occasion, with a fairly weak team at home, GB should be looking at finding a team for the future. Interesting Lloyd is going for one doubles player, I suppose its to lighten the workload for the singles players. If there were both Jamie and Ross then the 2nd singles player will have to play 2 matches which might be too much for someone so inexperieinced. Glad Boggo has gone, had his chance.

What? Some of his results at the tail end of his career were very poor, I can't see why Greg could improve the current DC team, as bad as it is at the moment. I don't see the logic behind this, he retired on a high, with the win against Holland.
