Well, the thing is, I keep saying to Arka that Andy has got points to defend from Queens cause he got to the third round last year. However he keeps saying Queens was a different week so the points aren't defendable this week, or something. I still think they have to defend them cause this is the oppertunity to do so.

Surely, common sense would say ... make third round of this tournament, get the points, get a higher rank ... come back next year, make the third round again or better, or else your ranking willl fall.

Thats the way I see it.

i think arka believes that the points are on the specific weeks and because Queens is on a different week there are no points to defend...

Great win for Tim today, he played really well, although the win was aided somewhat by Agassi's low level of play. Still, it's encouraging signs, and there's no denying that it's a good reault.

Let's hope that he can keep this level up  =D>

I thought that at times Tim was playing as well as he has done for years. He did everything that was asked of him and even a bit moreat times. Looks really encouraging and he seemed to be enjoying himself and playing as if he had no pressure on him. The biggest compliment I can pay him on the way he played today is that for the first time ever I was always confident he was going to win, he never looked as if he was about to cave, for example when he came back from 0-40 down in the last game of the first set.

Well said. I got that feeling too about him being in control today, usually you have doubts.

Great performance.
