US Open 2012: The Other Players

Quote

But there are all sorts of costs as well. Travel cost, team cost, meals, training and so many other hidden costs. While I am sure they absolutely love the game otherwise they wouldn’t be here, I am sure it's also quite taxing on the body to travel so much and the game itself can be really stressful. dunno. I really feel for the players (not the top ones) if they lose early and if they lose badly. I guess you are right too but still, it doesn't hurt to give them a few more games if you can afford it. lolol. Am all Mother Teresa today.
Yep I know what you mean. Apart from the top few guys, they're not going to be super rich or anything, but I'm sure they're still fairly well off, assuming they spend their money wisely. Although I guess most would need to find another job are retiring.

Haha I know what you mean but that's sport unfortunately, you can't afford to feel for the other guy.

Wee Daveed just had a convincing win over Kevin Anderson. Went to tb in third, but no worries. He must be about 2 feet shorter than Anderson.

A cinch. I always ended up doing about double the word limit then having to cut half-a-dozen paragraphs. The hardest part was working out what was relevant and what wasn't, whilst still trying to make sure the whole thing made sense.

Marray and Nielsen are in action right now against Cipolla and Fognini. 6-5 up first set, on serve.
