definitly good idea to go to Wimbly Very Happy Very Happy

I'm not camping out this year... im probably going to have as shot at queing up around 4-5ish when there are "spare" tickets that have been returned/not sold.
It's sometimes nice to get into an evening match! Although obviously it gets dark quite quickly...

Hope you find your trip to good ol' London good Very Happy

The times I have been, play finished on centre court just before nine o'clock but one match continued on an outside court till gone half past.  During euro 2004 my mum and i stayed on and watched the england match in the bbc tent and were among the last half dozen to leave the entire grounds (she was searching for the only open toilet!!)

Depends what day and what exact time. The night session queing can be dodgey and won't guarantee everything.
My dad used to take me to these night session queing things when i was small.. about 7 to 12 years old so i don't rememeber. But when i was 12 we won the ballot for all courts except Centre Court. Was still great!!!  :P
I haven't actually managed to get in, in the last couple of years with the night session queing because by the time i actually manage to get there it's either too late or the weather's bad. Frown
I finish school at 4 so the earliest i can get there is about 5. I think that's the time you would be looking at.. quite late really. Although if you don't get in, it is quiet easy to see players coming out of the grounds where you can take a few snaps Wink

The excellence of last year's phone photography.  Whistle

Last year was a bit of a shame. Didn't see anyone.. just got this close to Rafa. That's it.  confused

I'm going this year! Woohoo, so looking forward to it! Two years ago I arrived at seven in the morning and queued for a ground pass, but this time I'm camping. I simply MUST see Tim on center court before he retires!

I've managed to get Centre Court tickets for the past four years. To get in on Centre you will need to queue overnight, but it's absolutely LOADS of FUN and there's always a great atmosphere, though you do get a hard bum Smile Make sure you take a tent though - there's just about enough room on the pavement!

I'll be doing the same again this year so I should get Centre Court tickets again. Last year we queued for about 23 hours (mad I know!!!) but it was great as usual... everyone on here should try it! So taking that I'll prob queue for about the same time this year, nothing like being early... with thousands of people all behind you Smile

If you want any advice on queuing just ask me...
