I know I'm paranoid. But am I paranoid enough?

My favourite moment would have to be...........*cheap flashback effects*..............

When I finally convinced my dad to play some social league tennis with me for the local club. He was well up for it. until he discovered the guy he was playing against was an 82 year old called Fred! My dad (44 at the time) went down 3-0 before realising that Fred wasn't to be taken lightly and came back to win 6-3 6-1! He never stops going on about this apparent "marvel" still playing tennis at 82! Which is quite impressive i suppose. He felt so so bad for winning.

There's a guy at my club who's 82 and brilliant. He beat me and my 20-y-o partner. He has these incredible slice shots that are unplayable. Don't write off these octogenarians.

More mental problems in that match, were u enjoying getting beat by a 82 year old?

I try not to think about it.

The mind doubts, but the heart never does.

backtotopic

My favourite tennis moment was back in 1980 when Bjorn Borg defeated McEnroe 1-6, 7-5, 6-3, 6-7, 8-6 at Wimbly.

Mack was the bad boy of tennis then, and Borg the cool Nordic heart-throb!  What a champion Borg was - Federer reminds me of him greatly.  :P

Mine was when Maria Sharapova (the underdog) beat serina Williams at Wimbledon 2004. It was just a classic.

Cant believe I have not posted in this thread till now!

Although I love tennis so much, its not long since I have started watching it. I started it only the week after queens last year. Not much great has happened till now. The only time Andy has been live on TV in India was during the last three accursed sets against Nalbandian.
So my best moment has to be Andy's win against Hewitt this year. Although I followed it on MW, the experience was unbelievable. Really cherish that memory, even more because of you guys.

There's a quick clip of a move like that in the opening credits to the shot of the week bit. Looks like that move has had him in for that a couple of times before.

You dont know how flexible I am. But its a wrong notion that most Asians are flexible.

By the way do you people know what Srichaphan does during his holidays?
