Hmm, you and me would be an interesting match up on the courts Julia.

Yea, i guess we would actually.. your weakness is similar to mine. My serves lack a lot of power and chopper grip is just something that i don't i'll be able to ever master.  Think Have a good couple of rallies Smile

I've always played one handed backhands. If you get down low enough to start with you can put an unbelievable amount of topspin on the ball, and it's quite easy to direct a backhand down the line or crosscourt. Very good shot if you can master it.

I am yet to lose a match in my tennis career.

Guess what, I have never played one.

The only time I have held a racquet lasted for less than 30 seconds.

Yes like you arka I too am yet to loose a match in my career.

Weaknesses: Zero hand eye coordination (I swing the raquet and the ball flies past. Seriously it's like my racquet has no strings or something)

Strengths: I recognise my weakness as a major flaw in playing tennis or other sports requiring similar skill and don't play.

I did have my one and only life-flashed-before-my-eyes-everything-goes-in-slow-motion experience on a tennis court though!

well not a kid... a generic term... the ball actually hit him, but it only ricocheted off the side of his leg.

aw I'm sure it wasn't on purpose. And talking of Squash, my brother plays squash and I think he must be mental. I go and watch him at his club sometimes and it looks so scary. If I were to ever play I think I'd probably run outsude the door and hide. Probably mostly to do with the fact my lack of hand-eye coordination would result in more than a few bruises!
