seeing as they clocks went back .... can anyone let me know how to update the time settings on my profile pls as mine are showing that i am posting at 9.21pm instead of 8.21 pm

Click on Profile at the top, scroll down, there is a setting for timezone, this needs to be GMT.

Oops, forgot to put the clock back on the forum - my bad Smile

Edit: then again, even if I do change it to the correct time, it doesn't seem to change it for everyone, so looks like you do have to use your Profile.

This wonderful invention has just gone mainstream - Philips has started an advertising campaign for their Light alarm clock.
