A bit disappointed "I'm not contributing to this pathetic attempt at making more money." answer only has 20% of the votes - surely if you don't want to buy the book then you consider it too early and if you consider it too early then you know it was just for the sake of money?

He gets a ghostwriter to do it. He tell him/her his thoughts on various things and then the ghostwriter writes it.

A large percentage of sports autobiogs are done this way.
