Unless the wimbledon comittee upgrade him  yay which they might well do if he's 9 or 10.

That is the best thing about wimbledon! hehe. If his performances dictate an upgrade, then he wil get it. Especially if he has more matches against the top 10 and wins.

Especially as the organisers want the local talent to stay in the competition for as long as possible. Not that they have problems selling the seats.

It won't be easy for Murray to move into the top 10 by Wimbledon, because he also has to compete with Djikovic and Gasquet in the rankings.  The three of them are neck-and-neck in points and none of them have  a lot of points to defend, i.e. they can make big gains this year.  So, I have no doubt Murray will pick up a lot of points but it could get very crowded in the top 10.

Murray is stronger than Gasquet and I think that Djokovic will be neck and neck with Murray.

I can see Nalbandian, Gonzalez and Robredo falling slightly in the rankings.  Think

For some reason I don't see Djokovic being much of a threat to Murray although I do see it with Gasquet if he can sort his consistency out.

I wouldn't be surprised if Gasquet has a big success at this year's French Open, giving him a boost before Wimbledon.  I think it will depend a lot on how Murray does on clay, whether or not he gets into the top 10 before Wimbledon.

If at first you don't succeed, you fail.

You are at least right about Nalbandian and Robredo... Nalbandian didnt defend nearly enough of his points, and Robredo won't defend his MS title either. I'm not sure where most of Gonzo's points lie, but I believe he has the consistency to retain them...

Ljubicic will be out of the Top 10 by the end of the year by the looks of things. Smile Should be interesting to see if both Andy and Nole make it into the Top 10 by the end of the year.

Rolling Eyes I hate Gonzalez! Hate him! Ugh... Nalbandian will drop in the rankings for sure. I don't think we've seen enough of Ljubicic I'm afraid. Think

And if he wins Zagreb he will take 12th place! I posted this already, I think!

We already knew this a couple of days ago...

Djokovic and Berdych aren't playing.
Neither is Ferrer or Gasquet who are the only ones who can overtake!

So Murray is guaranteed 13th and if he wins Zagreb he will have 12th!

Murray will do much better on clay this year than last year reasons being: he has a coach this time, he is much fitter which is good because clay can be demanding physically and you saw the match against jean rene lisnard at Monte Carlo 3 hrs on court and he was cramping, I guarentee a much better clay performance from Andy this year, I almost forgot he also has much more experience now, if he doesn't do well then I will eat one of my hats shocking.
